2. Purpose of the Service
Cuentia is a digital platform that allows Users to:
1. Register with email and password.
2. Create personalized characters by uploading photos (e.g., of themselves or others, including minors) and assigning them a name.
3. Write the story information (title, plot, learning objectives, description, characters, etc.).
4. Generate, through artificial intelligence, a children's digital story in PDF format including text and illustrations based on the provided information.

3. User Registration and Account
3.1. Requirements
To use the platform and generate stories, the User must create an account with:

ā¢ Password
The User guarantees that the information provided is truthful and must keep it updated.
3.2. Account Responsibility
The User is responsible for:
ā¢ The confidentiality of their password
ā¢ Access to their account
ā¢ Any activity carried out through it
In case of unauthorized use, the User must immediately notify Cuentia.

4. Minimum Age of Use
The Website is intended for users over 14 years old.
If the User is under 14, they must use the platform with verifiable parental or guardian consent.
Parents or guardians are responsible for the use made and for the content generated.

5. Process of Creating Characters and Stories
5.1. Uploading Photos
The User may upload:
ā¢ Their own photo(s)
ā¢ Photos of family members or third parties, including minors
The User declares and guarantees:
ā¢ They have the necessary rights and permissions to upload them
ā¢ They have the consent of the individuals appearing in them (or their guardians)
Photos are used exclusively to generate AI illustrations.
5.2. AI Content Generation
The User understands and accepts that:
ā¢ AI-generated images are artistic interpretations, not photorealistic representations.
ā¢ There may be variations, imperfections or unexpected results inherent to the technology.
ā¢ Final quality depends on the information provided by the User.
This is not considered a product defect.

6. Nature of the Digital Product
The final product is a downloadable PDF file, available:
ā¢ In the Userās private area
ā¢ Or via emailed download link
The product is considered ādeliveredā when the download link is made available to the User.

7. Payment Models: Credits and Subscriptions
7.1. Credits
The User may purchase credit packs to generate stories.
7.2. Subscriptions
The platform offers subscription plans that include:
ā¢ Automatic renewal (monthly or yearly)
ā¢ Included credits or generation minutes
The User may cancel their subscription anytime from their profile, preventing future renewals.
7.3. Payments
Payments are processed through external providers (e.g., Stripe).
NATUTECH does not store card or payment data.

All prices displayed on the Website include applicable taxes.
The User will automatically receive their invoice via email or in their account.
NATUTECH may modify prices at any time, without affecting past purchases.

9. Withdrawal Right and Cancellations
There is NO right of withdrawal.
Under consumer law, withdrawal does not apply to:
ā¢ Clearly personalized products
ā¢ Digital products generated on demand
ā¢ Digital content whose execution begins immediately with user consent
Therefore:
ā¢ A story CANNOT be cancelled once AI generation has begun.
ā¢ Payments for used credits or subscriptions are non-refundable.
ā¢ Subscriptions are non-refundable if cancelled before the end of the paid period.

10. Rights over Photos and Uploaded Content
The User declares that:
ā¢ They have rights/authorization to upload the images
ā¢ The images do not infringe third-party rights
ā¢ They do not contain prohibited content (violent, sexual, defamatory, illegal, hateful, etc.)
NATUTECH may remove content and/or block accounts in case of infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability
NATUTECH shall not be liable for:
ā¢ Inaccurate artistic interpretations by AI
ā¢ Variations in style, tone or accuracy
ā¢ Unexpected results inherent to AI content
ā¢ Loss of access if the User forgets their password
ā¢ Damages arising from improper Website use
Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the affected service.

The platform may experience:
